As your life coach I will guide you through an intensive and challenging process during which you will discover what it really is you want from life, and how to get it. Together, we will:
- Evaluate your current situation, working out what you love and what you would like to change
- Explore your personal values and your passions
- Dig deep to find out what you really want from life, and set some concrete goals
- Formulate a plan, starting with simple steps to move you closer to your goals
- Track your progress every step of the way, exploring the barriers or patterns that are holding you back
As a trained and certified coach I am able to listen and empathize, helping you to discover things about your present situation that you may never even have realized.
I will work with you to help you understand your present situation, set goals and take positive action toward achieving your dreams.
Encouraging and supporting you, I will hold you accountable and help you overcome patterns such as procrastination, negative self-talk or avoidance.
